- Working on cold rooms, display units, and remote systems
- Completing leak checks, performance checks, and operational testing
- Completing service reports and updating job records
- Liaising with clients and managing service expectations
- Supporting installations and minor upgrade works when required
- Participating in 1 in 6 call out rota and emergency response
