Mobile M&E Engineer – Plumbing Bias – £46k to £52k

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

We are currently seeking a Mobile M&E Engineer with a plumbing bias to support commercial buildings. This role focuses on proper fault diagnosis and system understanding, not surface-level fixes.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive M&E maintenance across commercial sites

Maintain and fault find sealed LTHW heating systems

Service and diagnose pressurisation units and expansion vessels

Fault find, replace, and assess impact of pumps

Maintain and service TMVs in school environments

Understand controls, actuators, and plant response to demand

Complete job reports using digital systems

Liaise with site teams and clients professionally

Essential Requirements

Level 2 qualification minimum in plumbing or mechanical services

Strong experience across mechanical and M&E systems

Commercial maintenance background

Confident working independently

Full UK driving licence

On Offer

£46k to £52k salary depending on experience

Monday to Friday. 7am to 3pm
