A fantastic opportunity to work for a M&E Service Provider who are recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer – electrical bias covering a handful of sites in Livingston in West Lothian, Scotland also once a week travelling to 1 site in Newcastle. Travel time will be paid for. This is a permanent position paying a salary of £40,000 per annum. With a company vehicle and fuel card provided. Overtime opportunities and fantastic opportunities for career progression. Job Role: You will be required to work between Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm with overtime opportunities available. No call out. Engineers are expected to be very technically strong with great fault finding abilities and a desire to work in a demanding yet rewarding environment. The role of a Mobile Maintenance Engineer is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrical & mechanical services. Additionally the engineer will be expected to assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor. Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and building services (L8, AHU maintenance, fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work) Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to; * Emergency lighting * AHU’s, FCU’s * Pumps, Motors * Plumbing * Fans, Belts, Filters * General maintenance Skills Required: The successful candidate must have: * With at least 3 years experience in electrical building services * Full UK CLEAN Driving Licence * 18th edition * City & Guilds Electrical level 3 installation or equivalent * Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role For further information or to discuss your application please contact Jamie at The InVictus Group on (phone number removed)
