About the RoleWe\’re currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Berkshire and Hampshire.
This is a mobile role carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites, working independently while maintaining high service standards for clients.
Responsibilities
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on building services systems across commercial properties.
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency call-outs within the region.
Fault-finding and carrying out repairs on electrical and/or mechanical plant and equipment.
Complete maintenance documentation and ensure accurate site records are maintained.
Ensure all works are completed in compliance with health & safety regulations.
Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts.
About You
City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience within a mobile or commercial maintenance environment.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.
Full UK driving licence.
Good communication and customer-facing skills.
