We are seeking an experienced Mobile Lead Maintenance Engineer to deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a regional commercial portfolio in London (Zones 1–6). This is a hands-on, senior engineering role, ideal for a proactive and technically skilled professional who can lead on-site works and ensure high standards across multiple locations.
Location: London (Zones 1–6)
Salary: £50,000 per year + company vehicle and travel allowance
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across a regional commercial portfolio
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities on-site, ensuring quality and safety
- Oversee contractors and liaise with service providers as required
- Maintain accurate records and reports on maintenance, costs, and performance
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced efficiency
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical qualification
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance, PPM, and reactive works
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites and lead works on-site
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Valid UK driving licence
