An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Electrical Supervisor to join a newly awarded airport facilities contract, overseeing electrical maintenance across multiple UK airport terminals.
This is a mobile supervisory role, combining hands-on electrical maintenance with day-to-day management of a small team of engineers across secure aviation environments.
Your duties will include:
- Managing and supporting a team of 3 Mobile Engineers across multiple airport locations.
- Overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across electrical systems.
- Ensuring maintenance of lighting, power distribution, and associated infrastructure.
- Supporting building fabric maintenance where required.
- Providing technical guidance, quality control, and compliance oversight.
- Liaising with management and client representatives to ensure high service delivery standards.
- Participating in a call-out rota when required.
What’s On Offer:
- Salary: £50,000 basic (flexible depending on experience).
- Company Van & Fuel Card: Provided.
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.
- Overtime: Available.
- Call-Out Rota: 1 in 4 / 1 in 5 (TBC) with £100 standby payment.
- Pension: 6%–8% employer contribution.
- Annual Leave: 25 shift days + Bank Holidays + Birthday off.

Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Electrical Engineer (Level 3 or equivalent).

- Comfortable working across secure, high-compliance airport environments.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
