My client is looking for someone to work for one of the UK’s leading FM companies in commercial buildings doing all round maintenance. A salary up to 41k with the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime. My client is currently looking for a Building Service Engineer covering all electrical building maintenance. Some of the jobs that may arise in this role could include: * Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU\’s, pumps, FCU\’s, VAV\’s, VRV\’s, splits and general air conditioning. * Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors Qualifications Required * City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations as a minimum * 18th Edition With a great salary of £41,000 a chance to do an abundance of over time.
