We’re working with a reputable Facilities Management company looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Engineer to maintain a commercial portfolio across London.
This is a mobile role covering planned and reactive maintenance, ideal for an engineer who enjoys variety and autonomy while working across high-quality commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings
- Fault finding and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems
- Working on plant rooms, AHUs, pumps, motors, and general building services
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with SLA and H&S requirements
- Accurately completing job reports and compliance paperwork
Requirements:
- Strong multi-skilled background (electrical or mechanical bias)
- Relevant trade qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
- Experience working within a commercial FM environment
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
