Van Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer (Commercial Office & High-End Residential sites)
Salary: Up to £44,000 (Depending on experience) + Door to Door payments
Location: Epping, Essex
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Invictus are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join an esteemed FM team. This role involves performing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive, service and breakdown tasks on a variety of HVAC systems equipment across the M11 stretch.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems including AHU\’s, FCU\’s, VRV\’s, Splits, VRF\’s, VAV\’s, Compressors, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.
- Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Supporting servicing and breakdowns with contractors.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
- Respond to emergency call outs promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of F-Gas Category 1 certification.
Experience
- Proven experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of AHU\’s, FCU\’s, VRV\’s, Splits, VRF\’s, VAV\’s, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.
- Electrical maintenance experience would be a bonus.
Skills
