We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor to join a well-established and growing facilities management team based in or around the Slough area. As the technical lead for air conditioning systems, you will provide expert guidance on complex faults, support field-based engineers, and help maintain high standards of service across a varied portfolio of commercial properties.

Package: 45,000-55,000 DOE

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for complex air conditioning and HVAC faults.
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs, and fault finding across a range of systems.
  • Support engineers on-site, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation and industry standards.
  • Assist with technical surveys and recommend remedial works where required.
  • Coach and mentor engineers, sharing technical knowledge and best practice.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, customer service, and compliance.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience carrying out technical surveys and preparing remedial recommendations.
  • Familiarity with digital job management or CAFM systems.
  • Experience working within commercial building maintenance.
  • Health and Safety qualification such as IOSH.
