Mechanical Supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor – West London – £55,000 – Mon to Fri A mechanical supervisor role for a qualified leader with strong building services knowledge. This role mixes hands on support with planning, reporting, and team performance. What You’ll Be Doing * Supervising mechanical engineers and planning daily delivery * Managing PPM schedules, compliance actions, and defects * Remaining hands on for escalations and complex faults * Managing subcontractors and overseeing specialist works * Completing quality checks and supporting audits * Producing reports and stakeholder updates * Maintaining accurate job sheets, CAFM updates, and logbooks * Supporting training, development, and performance standards What We’re Looking For * NVQ Level 2 Mechanical, Plumbing, or Building Services minimum * Supervisory experience within commercial FM or building services * Strong knowledge of HVAC plant and water systems * AP tickets as a bonus * Strong admin skills and clear reporting habits What’s In It For You * £55,000 salary * Monday to Friday schedule * 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Good pension scheme * Training budget and leadership development * Clear progression route into management roles
