We are looking for a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to join our engineering team at a prestigious commercial site in the heart of Bond Street, London. The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and associated electrical building services, ensuring the site is maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair faults on mechanical building services equipment.
- Perform basic electrical maintenance where required.
- Maintain HVAC systems, pumps, motors, valves, AHUs, FCUs and associated plant.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure statutory compliance.
- Liaise with clients and contractors professionally.
