An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical / AHU Engineer to join a specialist building services team operating within a large production and studio complex in Berkshire. This is a static role across two large buildings, where you will be responsible for maintaining a significant portfolio of approximately 200 Air Handling Units and associated HVAC equipment. The position offers a stable Monday to Friday schedule and the chance to work within a technically interesting and unique environment.
The Role:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a large number of AHUs.
- Servicing and maintaining ventilation equipment including fans, motors, belts, bearings, dampers and filters.
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out mechanical repairs across HVAC plant.
- Supporting reactive maintenance tasks to ensure minimal disruption to site operations.
- Working closely with a Mechanical/AHU Mate to complete servicing and maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Ensuring all maintenance works are completed in line with health and safety standards and site procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records of servicing, repairs and inspections.
Package:
Salary up to 45,000 depending on experience. Company vehicle provided.
