We are seeking an experienced and motivated M&E Supervisor (Electrically Biased) to join a prestigious client in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking to take the next step in their career with a forward-thinking and well-established organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical and electrical systems across the site.
- Ensure that all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are carried out efficiently, adhering to company and statutory health & safety guidelines.
- Manage a team of engineers and subcontractors, providing leadership, technical support, and direction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including reports, risk assessments, and work schedules.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an M&E supervisory role, with a strong electrical bias.
- Relevant electrical qualifications, such as 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and general building maintenance is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Experience working within commercial or industrial environments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high standards of work.
