About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team, covering a commercial site in Marston. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & basic mechanical systems.
- Perform maintenance checks and repairs on UPS, Circuit Breakers, fire alarms, emergency lighting, distribution boards and other building systems.
- Carry out checks to building/plant equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, AHU/FCU's, Motors, Pumps etc.
- Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in a 1 in 7 call-out rota to provide emergency support.
Requirements
- Minimum of practical Apprenticeship/NVQ Level 3/Degree in Electrical Installation or Engineering plus 18th Edition
- Proven experience in a similar M&E maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial building systems
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- Full UK driving license.
