Plumber – M13 – £40,000–£44,000\\n\\nLocation: South of Manchester\\nSalary: £40,000–£44,000\\nShift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)\\nContract: Permanent, Full-Time\\n\\nWe are currently recruiting for a fully qualified Plumber to join our team on a static commercial site based in the South of Manchester. This role operates on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, covering both days and nights, and offers excellent benefits, training, and long-term career progression.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on plumbing and water systems\\n\\n * \\n\\n Attending to reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and breakdowns\\n\\n * \\n\\n Working on hot & cold water systems, pipework, sanitary ware, and associated plant\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supporting water hygiene tasks where required (L8 awareness)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supporting wider building services and assisting with other site duties as required\\n\\n * \\n\\n Completing maintenance documentation and reports accurately\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Fully qualified Plumber (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience within a commercial building or facilities management environment\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Knowledge of water hygiene and compliance (L8 awareness desirable)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to work independently and as part of a shift-based team\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Salary between £40,000–£44,000\\n\\n * \\n\\n 20 shift days holiday\\n\\n * \\n\\n 4 on / 4 off shift pattern – excellent work-life balance\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ongoing training and development opportunities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Clear career progression within a growing organisation\\n\\n * \\n\\n Stable, long-term static site role\\n\\nIf you’re a Plumber looking for a secure shift-based role with strong benefits and genuine progression opportunities, we’d love to hear from you
