We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified Plumber to join our team on a static commercial site based in the South of Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber looking for a stable, weekday-only role with strong benefits, training, and long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on plumbing and water systems
- Attending to reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs
- Working on hot & cold water systems, pipework, sanitary ware, and associated plant
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
- Supporting wider building services and assisting with other site duties as required
- Completing maintenance documentation and reports accurately
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Plumber (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Proven experience within a commercial building or facilities management environment
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of water hygiene and compliance (L8 awareness desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a site-based team
