We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified Electrical Engineer to join our team on a static commercial site based in the South of Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a stable, weekday-only role with strong benefits, training, and long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on electrical systems
- Attending to reactive maintenance and fault-finding tasks
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
- Supporting wider building services and assisting with other site duties as required
- Completing maintenance documentation and reports accurately
Requirements
- Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (e.g. NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience within a commercial building or facilities management environment
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a site-based team
