We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified AC Engineer to join our team on a static commercial site based in the South of Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced air conditioning engineer looking for a stable, weekday-only role with strong benefits, training, and long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on air conditioning systems
- Attending to reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and breakdowns
- Working on split systems, VRV/VRF, FCUs, AHUs, and associated plant
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
- Supporting wider building services and assisting with other site duties as required
- Completing maintenance documentation and reports accurately
Requirements:
- Fully qualified AC Engineer (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- F-Gas Category 1 (essential)
- Experience within a commercial building or facilities management environment
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a site-based team
