We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join my client's team, covering a commercial site in Kensington. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic team and employed by a well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
- Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
- Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as AC units, AHU/FCU's, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.
- Support fabric maintenance including carpentry, paint work, drylining, plastering.
- Diagnose and resolve general M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Level 2 Qualification in an Engineering related field (Ideally Mechanical or Plumbing/Heating).
- Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
- Knowledge of commercial building systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
