The Role
You will lead the delivery of hard FM services across a high-profile contract.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee operational performance, manage client relationships, and drive commercial success.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of the account with full ownership.
- Lead engineers and supervisors to achieve high performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage budgets, costs, and overall contract performance.
- Ensure the successful delivery of planned and reactive hard FM services.
About You
To be successful you’ll have
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or Contract Manager within Facilities Management.
- A strong Mechanical or Electrical technical background.
- Experience leading operational teams and driving performance.
- Good commercial awareness with experience managing costs and budgets.
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
