We are supporting a well-established property owner / managing agent who are looking to appoint an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse commercial portfolio across London and the South East. This role requires a hands-on, commercially minded FM who is confident managing multiple sites, service partners, and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of compliance and service delivery.
The Role
As Regional Facilities Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day FM performance of a multi-site commercial portfolio, ensuring statutory compliance, service excellence, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage FM delivery across a regional, multi-site commercial portfolio
- Oversee hard & soft FM services through managing agents and suppliers
- Ensure full compliance with H&S, statutory, and building safety requirements
- Manage service charge budgets and control operational spend
- Lead and monitor PPM programmes, reactive works, and contractor performance
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, occupiers, and stakeholders
- Support lifecycle planning and asset management strategies
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Regional Facilities Manager or Senior FM
- Background managing multi-site commercial properties
- Strong knowledge of hard FM and statutory compliance
- Experience managing suppliers, SLAs, and KPIs
- Confident stakeholder and client-facing communication
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Desirable
- IOSH / NEBOSH qualification
- Experience within commercial office or mixed-use portfolios
- Budget and service charge management experience
- Knowledge of the Building Safety Act and HRB environments
