My Client is recruiting Mechanical Shift Engineers to join their established on‐site engineering team at a critical environment in SE London, part of a wider engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a critical healthcare environment offering strong pay, a reduced average working week, and clear progression routes.

Role Overview

  • Planned and reactive maintenance within the critical site
  • Working as part of a well‐structured engineering team
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and regulations

Shift Pattern

  • Continental shift pattern - days and nights
  • 7-72's and 3's days rotation
  • Over a 2‐week period, you work 84 hours total
  • Average 42 hours per week (lower than the typical 48‐hour shift pattern)

Salary & Benefits

  • ÂŁ48,000 per annum (all-inclusive)
  • Pay review in April (increase expected)
  • Plenty of overtime available
  • 4 shift teams, each consisting of 2 engineers

Training & Progression

  • Training and structured progression routes available
