My Client is recruiting Mechanical Shift Engineers to join their established onâsite engineering team at a critical environment in SE London, part of a wider engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a critical healthcare environment offering strong pay, a reduced average working week, and clear progression routes.
Role Overview
- Planned and reactive maintenance within the critical site
- Working as part of a wellâstructured engineering team
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and regulations
Shift Pattern
- Continental shift pattern - days and nights
- 7-72's and 3's days rotation
- Over a 2âweek period, you work 84 hours total
- Average 42 hours per week (lower than the typical 48âhour shift pattern)
Salary & Benefits
- ÂŁ48,000 per annum (all-inclusive)
- Pay review in April (increase expected)
- Plenty of overtime available
- 4 shift teams, each consisting of 2 engineers
