What You’ll Be Doing
- Mechanical PPMs across HVAC and plant equipment
- Plant room checks, readings, and basic adjustments
- Working on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and pipework components
- Responding to mechanical faults and completing repairs
- Supporting general M&E duties across the site
- Completing remedial works and closing out tasks
- Supporting subcontractors and planned works
- Updating job sheets and compliance records
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 Mechanical, Plumbing, or Building Services minimum
- Commercial building services experience
- Confident fault finding and repair skills
- AP tickets as a bonus
- Strong admin habits and clear reporting
