Are you a Building Maintenance Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge on days only shift, for an esteemed facilities company who manage a critical client site for their electrical and mechanical services?
Responsibilities
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of Electrical & Mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building and responding to emergencies for make safe or repair.
- Supporting colleagues once trained for general maintenance tasks including statutory compliance and remedial works
- Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a busy, time-sensitive environment.
- Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.

Ideal Candidate
- Level 3 minimum in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer
