We are currently recruiting for a Van Mobile Maintenance Plumber to cover multiple commercial sites across the Westminster area. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity with a well-established facilities management provider.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing maintenance within commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out PPM and reactive plumbing works
- Fault finding and repairs on commercial plumbing systems
- General building services maintenance related to plumbing
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards
- Liaising with site contacts and completing relevant paperwork/logs
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Plumbing
- Previous experience working in commercial buildings
- Experience with both PPM and reactive maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
