The Role: As an M&E Contract Manager, you will take full ownership of a high-profile heritage and build portfolio, ensuring the seamless delivery of hard services while managing budgets, compliance, and client relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing an operational team and managing a P&L of up to £5 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of M&E maintenance and refurbishment projects across heritage buildings
- Ensure full compliance, health & safety, and statutory regulations
- Manage client relationships, delivering exceptional service and contract performance
- Lead and develop engineering teams to maintain service excellence
- Take full responsibility for budget management, P&L, and cost control
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing heritage or build environments
- CSCS Black Card (essential)
