We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Fabric Maintenance Engineer with a Level 2 qualification in Plumbing to join our growing team based in the City of London. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties
- Perform basic plumbing tasks including repairs, maintenance, and minor installations
- Undertake general fabric duties such as carpentry, painting & decorating, and minor building repairs
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards
- Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure high levels of service delivery
Requirements:
- Level 2 qualification in Plumbing (essential)
- Previous experience in a fabric or building maintenance role
- Good all-round knowledge of building maintenance
