A leading FM Service Provider is seeking an experienced Extra Works Manager to oversee and deliver a wide range of extra works across a major commercial building portfolio. Role Overview
As the Extra Works Manager, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and delivering small works and project variations across the commercial estate. You will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure all works are scoped, costed, scheduled, and executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of extra works and minor projects across the portfolio.
- Prepare quotes, scope of works, RAMS, and project documentation.
- Oversee contractors and in-house teams to ensure safe, compliant, and timely project completion.
- Ensure all works meet budget, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and excellent customer service.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, improvements, and additional revenue.
