Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Birmingham – Temp to PermInvictus are recruiting for an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to complete PPM and reactive maintenance on a large static healthcare site, in Birmingham. The client is looking for IMMEDIATE engineers as this position is a contract vacancy lasting a minimum of 3 months before going perm.You will be expected to have good all round knowledge of other FM disciplines and worked on other FM/Building Services roles.The client in question is a leading body within the facilities maintenance industry and the site being a large private healthcare facility in Birmingham.Job Role:The position is a Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm role and it will be paying up to £27 per hour.Duties:Ensure the PPM's and reactive maintenance is completedWork on the electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, display lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution, basic BMS and controlsEnsuring all statutory requirements are maintainedAssisting with general upkeep and fabric maintenanceThis is a temporary position on a leading contract where you will be joining as an integral member of the team in order to ensure the smooth running of a large critical site.Skills Required:The successful candidate MUST have:Electrically trained with at least 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance and services.Must have 17th or 18th editionMust have Level 3 Electrical installationMust be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
