Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Battersea
Salary: £46,000 per annum
Location: Battersea, London
Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts of 6:30am–3:30pm / 7:30am–4:30pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services and facilities maintenance provider, working on a large, newly redeveloped commercial site in Battersea.
You will become part of a structured on-site engineering team, carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a modern commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the site
- Complete reactive electrical maintenance and respond to faults
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently
- Carry out general building services maintenance
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with relevant compliance standards
- Complete maintenance records and relevant documentation
- Work as part of a wider on-site engineering team
- Support additional works and overtime when required
Requirements
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience working within commercial building services / facilities maintenance
- Strong PPM and reactive maintenance experience
- Good electrical fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
- A proactive approach with good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working within a structured commercial environment
- Must have the right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available
