Contracts Manager - Critical Environment
North West London (Hybrid - 1 day WFH optional)
£65,000+ Car + Excellent Package

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of building services, compliance, and contractor performance, while acting as the key interface between engineering teams and senior stakeholders.
- Managing all hard FM operations including M&E systems and compliance.
- Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance schedules.
- Managing specialist contractors and service partners.
- Ensuring statutory compliance and audit readiness at all times.
- Acting as the senior on-site point of contact for the client.
- Driving performance, safety, and service delivery standards.
Essential Experience
You must have experience working within critical or highly regulated environments, such as:
- Life Sciences / Laboratory facilities
- Pharmaceutical or R&D environments
- Financial or corporate HQ buildings with internal data centres
- Scientific or healthcare research sites
- Secure or highly controlled commercial buildings
(Pure data centre backgrounds alone are not suitable - this must be a client-facing critical environment)
Ideal Background
- Strong technical understanding of building services (HVAC, electrical, critical plant)
- Experience managing subcontractors and compliance frameworks
- Confident dealing with senior clients and stakeholders
- IOSH / NEBOSH desirable
- Hard FM background essential
