The Role:
A well-known high-end restaurant group is seeking a Senior FM to manage 26 premium sites across the North West and Midlands corridor. Ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, fast-paced operations, and high-spec environments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day FM operations across 26 restaurants.
- Lead reactive and planned maintenance for kitchens, HVAC, refrigeration & front-of-house assets.
- Control budgets, procurement, lifecycle, and contractor management.
- Work closely with Area Managers and the Head of Operations.
- Ensure H&S, fire safety, and statutory compliance.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong FM background in hospitality, retail, or leisure.
- Comfortable with high-demand, customer-facing environments.
- Excellent contractor & budget management experience.
- IOSH or NEBOSH at a minimum.
