M&E Engineer (Electrical Bias)\\n\\n📍 Liverpool | 🏢 Static Corporate Office Environment\\n\\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a well-established facilities team based at a static corporate office site in Liverpool.\\n\\nThis is a Monday–Friday role offering excellent work-life balance, a stable environment, and long-term career prospects.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\n * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a corporate office site\\n\\n * Electrical maintenance as the primary discipline\\n\\n * Supporting mechanical tasks where required (desirable but not essential)\\n\\n * Working within a professional, client-facing environment\\n\\n * Participation in a call-out rota after 6 months\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n\\n * M&E Engineer with a strong electrical bias\\n\\n * NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)\\n\\n * 18th Edition qualification\\n\\n * Additional skills such as plumbing / L8 (Legionella) highly desirable\\n\\n * Experience in a commercial or corporate building environment preferred\\n\\n * Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to work\\n\\nWhat’s On Offer\\n\\n * Salary: £38,000-£40,000\\n\\n * Monday to Friday only\\n\\n * Flexible working hours:\\n\\n * 7:00–4:00\\n\\n * 8:00–5:00\\n\\n * 9:00–6:00\\n\\n * No weekend work\\n\\n * Call-out rota after 6 months\\n\\n * Stable, static site – no travel between locations\\n\\nIf you’re an electrically biased M&E Engineer looking for a secure role with flexibility and no weekends, this is an excellent opportunity
