We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established FM services provider for a Static Electrical Engineer based at a large, high-profile commercial site in Leicester. This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer seeking a stable, site-based role with consistent work and a competitive package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on site
- Fault-finding and repair of electrical systems and equipment
- Working on lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and basic building services
- Ensuring minimal downtime of critical systems
- Completing all works in line with health & safety and compliance standards
- Liaising with on-site management and other engineering teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer within a commercial or FM environment
- Relevant electrical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
