Compliance Administrator β Leeds - Temp to Perm (Immediate Start)
Location: Leeds
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Salary: Up to Β£28k Per Annum
A World Leading Service provider who operates on an international scale is looking for a Compliance Administrator based in Leeds area working for the large office. This role is with the hours of Mon-Fri 8am-5pm so the successful candidate will have to be available immediately and must have experience providing accurate compliance administration, documentation control, and operational support.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the compliance inbox and process documentation in line with client procedures.
- Review, validate, and upload statutory compliance documentation.
- Maintain compliance trackers, logs, and audit records.
- Process completed works through CAFM to billing stage with supporting evidence.
- Support adherence to QHSE policies and standards.
- Update planned and reactive tasks within the client CAFM system.
- Monitor SLAs and elevate overdue or at-risk tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy to support reporting and audits.
- Coordinate subcontractor planned visits and compliance submissions.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and elevate issues.
- Support investigations into missed visits or non-compliance.
- Produce compliance reports, KPI summaries, and audit packs.
- Maintain structured digital filing systems.
- Support the Compliance Manager with audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Understanding of the FM / Building Services industry.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing workloads
- Professional, proactive, and service-oriented approach
