My client is looking for someone to work for one of the UK’s leading FM company in a Commercial building within Waterloo. A salary up to 53k with the chance to boost your earnings with overtime. Key Tasks: * Maintain mechanical plant including pumps, seals, motors, AHU’S * Diagnose faults and carryout necessary remedial repair on systems, plant and equipment when required * Work in accordance with given instructions, safe working practices and method statements ensuring relevant documentation is completed in an accurate timely manner and filed correctly * Carry out PPM and reactive tasks * Be a good communicator and work well in a team Requirements: * City & Guilds or NVQ mechanical engineering, plumbing or heating ventilation level 1, 2, * 2+ years minimum experience With a fantastic salary of 53k with a chance to do an abundance of over time.
