Our client, a leading national Facilities Management provider, is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their established team covering a portfolio of commercial properties across Hull and the surrounding areas. The Role
As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial gas systems across a varied portfolio, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
- Service, fault-find, and repair commercial gas appliances and associated plant.
- Diagnose and rectify faults on heating and hot water systems.
- Complete all relevant compliance documentation and service reports.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety legislation.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1).
- Current ACS certifications including relevant commercial modules.
- Previous experience within Facilities Management or building services maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
