An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled M&E Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, working within a modern commercial office environment in Kent. The Role:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Supporting all aspects of building services maintenance including power, lighting, HVAC and associated plant.
  • Conducting inspection and testing on fixed and portable equipment in line with BS7671 regulations.
  • Performing maintenance on installed plant and supporting overall site compliance.
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Delivering a high standard of workmanship while maintaining strong client relationships on site.
