Are you a Building Maintenance Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge being a sole site engineer, for an esteemed facilities company who manage a global media client site for their M&E and building services? You’ll be responsible for maintaining building maintenance systems, equipment and fabrics across the entire site.
Your duties will include:
- Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of Electrical & Mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building and responding to emergencies for make safe or repair.
- Repairing damaged units, and fabrics to maintain pristine appearances across site.
- Supporting colleagues once trained for general maintenance tasks including statutory compliance and remedial works.
- Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a busy, time-sensitive environment.
- Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.
