About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my client’s team, covering a commercial site in Isleworth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
  • Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, AHU/FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, water temperatures etc.
  • Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
  • Supporting fabric and facility repairs to improve the appearance of the building.
  • Monitor BMS.
  • Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • A practical level 3 equivalent or higher in a Mechanical Engineering related field – Mechanical, Heating, or Plumbing etc.
  • Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
  • Knowledge of commercial building systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
