We are recruiting for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a large Facilities Management (FM) provider covering sites across London.

Position Details

  • Temp to perm opportunity
  • Salary up to £52,000 per annum
  • Sunday night to Thursday night
  • 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Mobile role covering London
  • Company van and fuel card provided
  • One month shadowing/training period before working independently

Role Overview

This is a mobile reactive maintenance role working on AC and HVAC systems across commercial sites throughout London. The successful engineer will attend breakdowns, carry out fault finding, and complete reactive repairs during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reactive maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown response
  • Working across multiple commercial FM sites
  • Completing service reports and maintenance documentation
  • Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety standards

Essential Requirements

  • Valid F-Gas certification
  • Level 2 qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent
  • Proven HVAC / AC engineering experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience within a reactive FM maintenance environment
