HVAC Engineer – M13 – £37,000 – £42,000\\n\\nLocation: South of Manchester\\nSalary: £37,000 – £42,000\\nHours: Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours per week\\nContract: Permanent, Full-Time\\n\\nWe are currently recruiting for a fully qualified HVAC Engineer to join our team on a static commercial site based in the South of Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC engineer looking for a stable, weekday-only role with strong benefits, training, and long-term progression.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on HVAC and air conditioning systems\\n\\n * \\n\\n Attending to reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and breakdowns\\n\\n * \\n\\n Working on AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, split systems, and ventilation equipment\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supporting wider building services and assisting with other site duties as required\\n\\n * \\n\\n Completing maintenance documentation and reports accurately\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Fully qualified HVAC Engineer (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)\\n\\n * \\n\\n F-Gas Cat 1 (essential)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience within a commercial building or facilities management environment\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to work independently and as part of a site-based team\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Salary between £37,000 – £42,000\\n\\n * \\n\\n 27 days annual leave + bank holidays\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monday to Friday only – no weekends\\n\\n * \\n\\n 37.5-hour working week\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ongoing training and development opportunities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Clear career progression within a growing organisation\\n\\n * \\n\\n Stable, long-term static site role\\n\\nIf you’re an HVAC Engineer looking for a secure role with a great work-life balance and genuine progression opportunities, we’d love to hear from you
