We are looking for experienced engineering supervisors with a strong background in critical environments and a valid HVAP qualification. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established engineering operation and play a key role in the continued development and performance of the site.
The Role
As a Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day engineering operation of the data centre, ensuring that critical infrastructure is maintained safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standards. You will provide technical leadership to the engineering team and ensure all maintenance and operational activities are delivered effectively.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising engineering teams within a critical environment
- Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with site procedures
- Taking responsibility for electrical systems and critical infrastructure
- Managing contractors and specialist engineering teams where required
- Supporting fault finding and technical investigations
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site operational procedures
- Maintaining high standards across the facility
- Acting as a senior technical point of contact for the engineering team
