The Role
As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair work across a variety of commercial properties, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently while delivering a high standard of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works.
- Install, service, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults efficiently.
- Work on hot and cold water systems, sanitary ware, pipework, valves, and associated mechanical equipment.
- Complete work in accordance with current regulations and company procedures.
- Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance records.
- Provide excellent customer service while working on client sites.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Proven experience working as a Commercial Plumber.
- A recognised plumbing qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Experience carrying out maintenance and repair work within commercial environments.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
