A top-tier real estate consultancy is looking for a near-qualified or newly qualified Surveyor (up to 1 year PQE) to join their Central London Residential Valuation & Advisory team. The successful candidate will undertake a range of residential valuation projects across the private, social, and public sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough inspections across a range of residential properties to assess their condition, location, and marketability.
  • Compile accurate, detailed valuation reports based on property inspections, market conditions, and comparable data.
  • Research and analyse property market trends, pricing, and sales to establish fair market values.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing valuation insights and responding to inquiries related to property valuations.
  • Ensure valuations are compliant with industry regulations and professional RICS standards, and adhere to local and national guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including brokers, real estate agents, and property managers, to provide accurate and up-to-date property values.
  • Maintain accurate records of all valuations and ensure timely submission of reports to clients and relevant parties.
  • Identify potential risks related to property value and condition that could affect client decision-making.
