A leading FM provider is looking for a reliable Mobile Fabric Technician to join their team, covering a small, local area around Glasgow. This role is ideal for someone with solid general maintenance skills who enjoys a varied day and working across nearby commercial sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general building fabric maintenance across a small portfolio of local sites
- Basic plumbing tasks (leaks, tap replacements, unblocking sinks, etc.)
- Carpentry and joinery (doors, locks, hinges, ironmongery)
- Painting and decorating
- Minor handyman repairs and reactive works
- Support specialist trades when required
- Maintain tools and ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
