We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading facilities management company. You will work across a portfolio of commercial sites within Central London (Zones 1-2), providing planned and reactive maintenance with a strong focus on electrical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults
  • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with current regulations and health & safety guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and site staff
  • Work as part of a small mobile team

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or similar
  • 17th or 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
  • Previous experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of building services systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel across Zones 1-2 on foot/public transport
