Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established building services team based in Westminster, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for long-term stability, significant overtime potential, and strong career progression within a professional facilities environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services systems.
- Maintain and service plant including HVAC systems, pumps, motors, valves, pipework, and associated mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support plant operation and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
