Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical\\n\\nLocation: Oxford Central\\n\\nPackage: £42,000\\n\\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join my client’s team, covering a commercial site in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.\\n\\n * Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.\\n\\n * Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, AHU/FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.\\n\\n * Monitor BMS\\n\\n * Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.\\n\\n * Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.\\n\\n * Undertake training for AP, CP or RP duties\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * Level 3 NVQ equivalent in an Engineering related field – Mechanical/HVAC, Plumbing etc.\\n\\n * Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.\\n\\n * Knowledge of commercial building systems\\n\\n * Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.\\n\\nIf you feel you will be a great match to this position, please call James at The Invictus Group on (phone number removed) or (phone number removed)
